Idea2cart is led by a dynamic mother-daughter duo, bringing together decades of expertise across corporate merchandising, fashion, sourcing, branding, and customer experience.
Swati brings rich experience in merchandising and product development, having served as Merchandise Head at Hero MotoCorp. She played a key role in launching the Yoga and Maternity collections at Fabindia, and has worked with global brands through Gap Inc. and Triburg. A member of CII-IWN and FICCI, she combines deep industry insight with a strong sense of branding, product curation, and meaningful gifting. Her background spans a Bachelor in Computer Applications along with studies in Fashion Designing and Fabric Management from Pearl Academy.
Anuradha brings analytical strength and business sensibility to the brand. A Mathematics (Hons.) graduate from Indraprastha College, Delhi University, she has built her role at Idea2cart from the ground up — learning every part of the business along the way. From being a homemaker, she has grown into the person who today closes major corporate deals with confidence. She keeps a sharp eye on every detail: tracking sales and purchases meticulously, responding to client queries in record time, and keeping the team running like clockwork. Her structured, hands-on approach is the engine that keeps every order moving smoothly from enquiry to delivery.
